Store Policies – Diva Elegance

Shipping Policy

We ship to the United States and Puerto Rico via USPS and UPS.

Order Processing:
All orders require 3–5 business days to be processed before shipping.

Shipping Days:
Orders are shipped on Mondays and Fridays.

Once shipped, estimated delivery time is approximately 3–7 business days, depending on the destination and shipping carrier.

Tracking:
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Responsibility:
Once a package has been handed over to the postal service or shipping carrier, Diva Elegance is not responsible for anything that happens to the package during the shipping process, including lost, damaged, delayed, stolen packages, or packages marked as delivered.

Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final, except for eligible clothing items that meet the conditions stated below.

For hygiene, safety, and due to the nature of our products, we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges on:

* Swimwear
* Candles
* Soaps
* Skincare or personal care products
* Any product that has been opened, used, or altered

Clothing

Eligible clothing items may be returned within 3 calendar days of the delivery date shown by the shipping carrier.

To qualify, the clothing must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, free of stains, odors, or damage, and with all original tags attached.

Customers may request a size exchange, subject to availability.

If the requested size is unavailable, Diva Elegance will issue store credit for the value of the returned item, which may be used toward a future purchase.

We do not issue cash or original-payment-method refunds.

Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with a return or size exchange.

Incorrect Orders

If Diva Elegance mistakenly sends an item different from the one you ordered, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

We may request photos of the item received and its packaging to verify the order and assist you in resolving the issue.

Terms & Conditions

By accessing our store and completing a purchase, you agree to the policies, terms, and conditions of Diva Elegance.

Diva Elegance reserves the right to update prices, products, promotions, policies, and conditions when necessary.

All information, photographs, designs, and content published by Diva Elegance belong to the brand and may not be reproduced or used without authorization.
